Wax
Every hand-poured candle is made with a blend of virgin coconut and soy wax, and is toxin free, cruelty free, and comes from renewable sources.

Wicks
We use eco-friendly wooden wicks made from FSC Certified Wood. Our wooden wicks burn beautifully, and crackle as if you were sitting next to a fire!

Fragrance
The fragrances we use are unique, phthalate-free and created using quality fragrance oils & pure essential oils.

How To Use & Care:
Wooden wicks are a little different from traditional cotton wicks. Wooden wicks do require a little extra love. Here are a few tips to get the most out of your new candle:

~ For the first time burn make sure to light the wick where the wax meets the wick for several seconds (not at the top of the wick). Also allow your candle to burn for 2 to 4 hours for the first burn to avoid tunnelling.
~ Remove all charred wood from pervious burns.
~ Trim your wick before each use to 1/4". If the wick is more extended than 1/4", the wick will extinguish. Wood wicks perform best when they are closer to the wax.
~ Allow the melt pool to reach the edges of the container before extinguishing. This will help prevent tunnelling, which can impact how well the candle burns.
~ STOP BURNING candle when there is only 1/2" wax left in candle jar.

Shipping

All shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout, and international packages may be subject to customs fees, which are not included in our shipping rate and are the customer's responsibility to cover.

All orders are processed and shipped from our Markham studio within 7 to 10 days. Unless an item is pre-ordered because colours and fragrances are being restocked, you will receive a shipping notification once your order leaves our studio.

Each homeware item is handmade, and our candles are hand-poured with LOVE here in Ontario, Canada; each piece has a lead time of up to 10 days.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, our homeware products and candles cannot be returned or refunded at this time (purchases are final sale). However, we will replace products damaged during shipment from www.saveraa.ca if photographic proof of damage and receipt is submitted to hello@saveraa.ca within 48 hours of arrival.
