Shipping policy

All shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout, and international packages may be subject to customs fees, which are not included in our shipping rate and are the customer's responsibility to cover.

All orders are processed and shipped from our Markham studio within 3 to 4 weeks. Unless an item is pre-ordered because colours and fragrances are being restocked, you will receive a shipping notification once your order leaves our studio.

Each homeware item is handmade, and our candles are hand-poured with LOVE here in Ontario, Canada; each piece has a lead time of up to 3 to 4 weeks.
